• The 100% Welcome Bonus of up to RM 500 is available for first deposits only and cannot be claimed more than once.

Casino Game Rules

All games available on the y8games platform — including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo), fish shooting games, digital table games, and crash games — are operated in accordance with their respective rules as set by the relevant game providers.

• The outcome of all digital casino games is final and cannot be disputed once the game has concluded.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, y8games will attempt to restore the game to the last verifiable state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets may be voided and credits returned.
• Y8games is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Any winnings generated through the exploitation of software bugs or system vulnerabilities are invalid and will not be paid out.
• All slots games display an RTP (Return to Player) value in the game information. The RTP is a long-term statistical expectation and does not guarantee any particular outcome within an individual session.

Prohibited Conduct

Use of the y8games platform is for lawful entertainment purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register an account.

Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by player: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the y8games support team. Any eligible credit balance (having met all applicable rollover requirements) will be returned once the closure process is completed within 3 to 5 business days.

Suspension by y8games: y8games reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.

Y8games Liability Limits
